Based in St. Lucie County. 26 years in the US Navy as an Engineer, I have been an Inspector since 1990, 10 years in the Navy with many engineering and inspection schools. Retired 2001 and started Heaning Home Inspections. I meet or exceed the ASHI standards and code of ethics. I also conduct HUD/FHA Certifications. I am a Member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and the Chamber of Commerce. More importantly, I work for you. My inspection will give you the information you need to make an INFORMED decision. |
