The Building Inspector and Son has state licensed Home Inspectors as employees, each with at least 20 years of construction experience in the industry. |

Our goal is to identify major and minor deficiencies covering structural, plumbing, electrical, exterior ground, exterior building, and interior building from attic to basement. Other inspections offered are: radon, water, Title-V septic, and a free VA/FHA report. Our 13 page report is given to you when the inspection is completed. |
