Bob comes at inspections slightly differently than other inspectors; he approaches inspections as a homeowner who had had to pay for too many repairs, replacements, and upgrades, often because the first one was not done quite right. He has been trained by manufacturers on how things are “Supposed” to be done, and are supported by the factory. His ASHI training and ongoing seminars continually add to his knowledge. Bob also prides his independence, getting most of his business from personal referrals and the WEB and not relying on Realtors for his business. (He sees that as a conflict of interest). |

Completely independent; no connections to any contractor, builder or realtor. Maryland Certified Water Collector. Available M-F or on weekends by prior arrangement. Cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and American Express accepted. |
