The WALK Consult: I walk through the house with you prior to you bidding on the property.

The Walk Consult has no pre-inspection agreement, and a minimal written report. It is geared toward those who want a "no problem" house before putting funds into escrow. Property investors use the WALK Consult also. The WALK Consult allows you to walk away from a bad house before making an offer or investing earnest money. Walk Consults start at $79.00

Full Inspection: Inspection of pre-owned single family residences. Also inspections of new homes, condominiums, townhomes, and multifamily housing. A typical single family residence inspection fee is $349.00

System / Component Inspection: Individual system inspection, such as roof, exterior, plumbing system, HVAC system, Electrical, Deck, etc. Single system inspections are typically priced at $99.00 per system inspected.
