We work for you, helping you to make a more informed decision on the home you are trying to buy or sell. You are welcome to attend the entire inspection, ask questions, or just observe. We will take all the time necessary to explain what we have observed so you understand the condition of the home and always be available long after the inspection to answer any questions that may come up later. After our inspection you will understand the home better than you ever thought possible. We perform home inspections throughout Central Minnesota including St. Paul, Minneapolis and the surrounding 11 county area. We are experienced, insured, and available 7 days/wk.
