Tri-M Building Inspections, formerly known as 3M Building Inspections, has been performing prepurchase home inspections since 1989 in Lancaster County. Purchased and currently operated by Wayne Murray, a member of ASHI in 1997. Our inspectors have past experience in the construction trades, and have been trained by ASHI approved seminars and given on site training by a qualified ASHI inspector. Reports are computer generated, and list the relative condition of all systems. |

Our whole house inspection includes the grounds, structure and all mechanical systems. Appliances that stay in the home are also inspected. We offer partial inspections, and do FHA/VA wood destroying insects (termites etc), Radon, Septic, Water quality and well tests. |
