All home inspection reports are in accordance with NJ Home Inspection Division and ASHI Standards- a formost home inspector organization with "the highest inspection standards". You will be assigned an inspector who will do the best job for you and have your interest in mind. Errors & Omissions insurance is also carried by each inspector for your protection.

We are a charter member of IHINA "Independent Inspectors of North America" ensuring that an unbiased and honest report will be offered.  At Ameri-Search, we stress "quality of inspection" rather than quanity.  Thirty five % of our new clients come from past referrals. 

Detailed easy to understand inspection reports are ready to be emailed within 4 hours. Your friendly "assigned" inspector will guide you through the inspection process and is happy to answer any questions you have about the home either by phone or email. Reports are also mailed to a clients present address.

Repair estimates and contractor referrals are also available upon request. Clients find this to be a big time saver and huge help during the home buying process! Faxed FHA/VA Wood Destroying Insect Cetificates (termite document) and Certified Radon reports are provided for during the home inspection. Professional engineer or architectural services may be needed only if major structural issue are found.

Lead Paint testing, Mold testing, Oil Tank testing, Septic System testing services all require speciality contractors- who can do the best job. Referrals are also available upon request.
